Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review and resolve eligible claims promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
